As per the previous iteration of this thread:

This is a simple game with one intent: make a positive comment about something regarding the poster above you! It could be something neat in their signature, avatar, or something you personally know about them! Not only is this a great way to learn more about your fellow forumgoers, it's an awesome way to brighten someone else's day! A small, heartfelt statement can mean the world to someone, so feel free to pass that kind of love to all around!
