So, uh... that happened last phase. How did that happen? I know Sprung said Roll hadn't claimed earlier, but did Cirr not claim at all? Also, why didn't they claim when they were about to be lynched?! They could have been protected and investigated! This could have been avoided!

I'm sorry for suggesting Cirr everyone. I mean, we do know now that maf has to have Magnet Man over Top Man (because they had no reason to protect a village Cirr), but that's a small thing.

Quickly going over Cirr's votes/reads, they seem to believe Eevee, Corni, Pepper and myself were not confirmed village, so I guess we could start there.

Pepper was the one they were pushing for the most. Kirby might be covering for her, cause maf cooperated. What do you all think?

Hi. Sorry for not paying attention. I'm Village though like paying attention is literally my scumtell. I literally don't know why I can't focus on the game enough to play. I think I'll take a break from mafia after this, I'm really sorry. ;(

Okay, I know people are demoralized, because we lost Mega Man and lynched Roll. But the game still isn't over yet! We still have Dr. Light, which is a powerful role in its own right, and we outnumber the mafs! We (probably) aren't at Lylo or Mylo, but we can't just give away our lynches either. And I don't want to be the only one talking.

If everyone is scared of saying anything because they're afraid of being dogpiled for being the first to speak up, I'll take care of that. We don't want to risk maf coming in last minute and controlling our vote. So, I'll throw a vote down.

Please say something. I don't know for sure that you're maf, but Cirr did say they weren't certain (or cirr-tain) you were village, and their vote against you wasn't jumping on a lynch like with eevee or me. I'm willing to consider other options, but we need to start talking to do that.

Pepper is still sus to me, (if you know your village tell is being disengaged, then you can fake it), but I want to get things moving.

Sleep deprived takes:

Mon/Corni are the last two mafs. Akane revealed themselves as Mega Man to Corni, a maf. Corni then told maf, who decided to leave “mega man” alive, but hook them to test validity (it is Akane after all, and Corni even admitted to being sus of it). So you throw your hook there just in case he does happen to be telling the truth. That or redirecting to someone, either works here. given they were told the target was E, they would’ve done something to stop him, not track him.

The point is, they knew Akane was lying going into d1. Obviously Corni kept to Akane’s side, since being dragged into shenanigans by a villager would look good, but after the sprung mega man claim, something interesting happened. Mon immediately called Akane out for being a liar, and reasoned because of that, my 3p claim that sprung was maf was faulty and thus I was bad.

I always found this sudden vigor so strange, and I think it’s because it was set up to be like that. Hobo was also p strongly against me, and Mon would look great for aggressively defending the real mega man. I think they also used this point to create separation between Corni/Mon since they’d naturally be on opposing sides of the argument. You can also note that he completely forgot about Corni after hard accusing them and went after me later on, until backing off and suddenly saying I was most likely village.

I’ll look back at this when I wake up in 8 hours but yeah I think I’m most interested in Mon lynch? Could change tho once I look at things with rational thought

That's... an interesting theory. I know I haven't done a lot to make myself look less sus since the whole Eevee/Akane/Sprung debacle, but I've been lowkey thinking Mon was maf for a while now. I don't think this is a terrible place to start.

I am once again calling upon village to Wake The Fuck Up. We can't have this turning into Touhou Maf, people.

I've got no good excuse for being absent except that I've just been really tired (not just cause of this game, other stuff too), so I'm snapping myself out of it and giving some quick and dirty reads for everyone.

Estra once again gets a village lean from me for being one of the few people to post a single meaningful thing this day phase. Eevee as well for the same reason. I'd prefer to leave both of them alone for the time being. Zombie also seems fine to me right now, I don't like that he went after Eevee yesterday but I also can't really blame him.

Pepper has been given an awful lot of leeway for "not paying attention" and little else. Like yeah she does that as village all the time but at some point you gotta call someone out for not being willing to contribute and help your side out. Slight scum lean, though it should be noted Kirby claimed to invest her as village, if we feel like trusting that.

@0 Anonymous is basically my stance on Pepper but x10 because wtf man, where are you. I have a bad habit of ignoring you when you're maf and coasting so please say something to make me feel like you're not doing that. Scum lean but ugh I hate giving scum leans based on inactivity but also hindsight has bitten me in the ass on this one a lot.

Mon is my highest scum read right now for:
- hard defending Sprung during the D1 debacle (I know that sounds backwards, but maf are the only players who could've known for sure that Sprung was telling the truth, so it's smart to have one member leap to her defense esp when I was digging my heels in so much)
- sussing Akane, Eevee, and myself (actually that's an understatement; at one point he said he was certain we were the remaining mafs)
- hard pushing an Eevee lynch for two phases (until I spoke out against spite voting and he backed off?)
- leaping onto the Cirr lynch at the last minute

So, yeah, Mon seems like the best choice to me personally. If anyone disagrees now would be the time to say so. (We've got, what, 10 hours left?)

I can honestly say Mon hadn't occurred to me before now. They've been around, instead of completely absent like Pepper and Anon. Could be a maf trying to nudge things in the right direction. I'm also interested in Eevee's Mon/Corni maf theory, and while it's no longer a good idea for us to vote purely for information, voting a maf and potentially getting information is nice. So yeah:
