Hey, does anyone know if there's a trick to making nighttime palettes (like where everything's drawn in a shade of blue)? Google didn't give me anything useful, and I've tried messing around with different opacities and Multiply and Hue and Saturation and the whole shebang but no luck :)) Is it just up to eyeballing it?

Heyo, so I’m looking for a free, quality animation program. I’ve heard that Krita and FireAlpaca have built-in animation studios, and that they’re basic but have the necessities. Can anyone tell me how well either/both of those work?
