Deep in the woods outside the city, you will find the expertly hidden gym of Alessio. Challengers must be equipped with an Itemfinder to properly take this place on, as invisible toxic traps are hidden around it. Stepping on one will damage and poison the player’s lead Pokémon. Alessio is a wilderness expert, who uses his poisonous traps to defend his camps and outposts from wild Pokémon. He designs his poisons to be non-lethal; only powerful enough to scare intruders away. His battle style is full of tricks, but those who do not fall for them can earn themselves the Toxin Badge and the TM for Toxic Spikes.

TEAM

Qwilfish, Lv40, Intimidate - Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Aqua Tail, Poison Jab
Drapion, Lv41, Battle Armour - Toxic Spikes, Night Slash, Poison Fang, Fire Fang
Crobat, Lv42, Inner Focus - Cross Poison, Aerial Ace, Roost, Taunt
Amoonguss, Lv44, Effect Spore - Spore, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog

Fire 1, please!

A rarity in the wild, this creature is timid, yet curious. They tend to crack jokes, especially puns, and hate being out in the heat.
Firaxia is a young, hotheaded trainer with a mystical ability to manipulate fire. She tends to get into the heat of battle, and often tunes out the outside world when focused. She tends to be blunt, rude, and opinionated, and always willing for a good fight, and rarely backs down from a challenge, often leading to her getting in over her own head.

The gym is built into the cliff of an active volcano with the gym front being a hot spring, while the back houses steep rock faces, and steam vents releasing pressure from the magma table deep below. The Gym arena is a floating rock table over top of a tall drop to the bottom of the gym floor. The steam and heat of the arena challenges both the trainers and their partners endurance and heat resistance.

Team:
Growlithe Lv10, Roar, Bite, Ember, Flame Charge
Chimchar Lv12, Ember, Taunt, Flame Charge, Scratch

I chose the TM for Flame charge, as it is a lower base power move, but also has boosting properties. Growlithe's Roar can interrupt setup, while Chimchar's Taunt can do the same, but due to the gym's low level, a good rock or water type should give a player no trouble.

Next Up, Ice 7

Borna is constantly building her gym bigger and bigger. She's small and squat, but muscular from hauling ice blocks into place as she stacks her ice castle to new heights ever day. Her Pokemon help her in her endeavour. The gym is one big sliding puzzle labyrinth, because who doesn't love those? She keeps a giant ice saw strapped to her back, and a hammer and chisel tucked under her giant, multi-coloured sash.

Team:
Froslass: (lv. 40) ability: Snow Cloak. moves: Hail, Draining Kiss, Blizzard, Shadow Ball
Lapras: (lv. 40) ability: Water Absorb. moves: Surf, Psychic, Sing, Blizzard
Beartic: (lv. 40) ability: Slush Rush. moves: Swagger, Slash, Icicle Crash, Aqua Jet
Alolan Sandslash (lv. 43) ability: Slush Rush. moves: Ice Shard, Aerial Ace, Metal Claw, Icicle Crash

She gives the TM14: Blizzard

Let's see... Psychic 4

Esther is a recent graduate who discovered her psychic powers after her coursework mysteriously completed herself after she fell asleep at her desk pulling an all nighter to meet a deadline. As she's often tired during the day, Esther's powers manifest strongly in her sleep and she has be known to conduct and win entire battles while sleeping.

Her gym is designed like one huge bed, and trainers must navigate their way through it quietly or else attract the attention of the snoozing gym trainers.

Her signature move is Rest, and her badge is the Dream Badge.

How about... Fairy 1!

Faye is an up and coming actress, who is just a bit of a fan of Diantha. As such, her gym is styled in what she deems to be a Kalosian manner. Her gym puzzle consists of two trainers who ask you questions about important figures in film history (read: Diantha), and if you're incorrect you have to battle them. Although they can still be battled even if you do get the answer correct. Upon defeat she gives out the Spotlight Badge and the TM Draining Kiss.

For the next person. How about ghost 2.

Probably some kind of coding prank. Never seen outside of box 3. Is a slob apparently.
Finn and Tom are the newest and youngest gym leaders in the region. Being so young, they're forced to use their school as the gym during the evenings only. The gym puzzle is to try and find the gym leaders as they try to hide and move from one classroom to another. Watch out for the decoy gym trainers there as well.

They use the Pokemon Shuppet and Sandygast. Upon defeat they award the Boo badge, and the TM Trick-Or-Treat.
How about a Fire 5 gym next?

An overly aggressive rapper whose cousin was "totally in Team Flare, yo", Flip has just inherited their position in the Pokemon League from their recently retired father. Despite their newfound responsibilities, the would-be musician is far more invested in insulting their challengers and hanging out with their fam. Their gym is fairly bare, but to even battle Flip, one must retrieve the flaky leader from their mansion home after battling a gauntlet of Rich Boys and Ladies. After a short cutscene, a rather disinterested Flip will make their way to the gym.

Cyan was once one of her region’s top trainers, but that was a good forty years ago. Now this old woman helps prepare new stars to rise in the ranks of the gym circuit. Her “puzzle” involves reading tips and tricks for your gym challenge, and two trainers to put them to the test with! She gives out the Arsenic Badge and her TM is Venoshock.

DJ Flo, in her 23 years of life, hasn't seen a Grass Pokémon she hates - nor has she heard a boring beat. When she's not laying down the sickest beats ever at the local nightclub, you may find Flo chilling out with suspense novels at the library.
DJ Flo gives out the Stem Badge when defeated, as well as TM022 (Solar Beam). About damn time a move normally associated with Sun was made a Gym reward.
Soooo let's see Poison 4 now.

EDIT: I put in the unique EVs and natures (All assuming perfect IVs) in for fun. You don't have to worry about them.

Patrick believes that Poison, like all types, has a lot of potential depending on how it's used. His Gym is at first filled with gas so the challenger can't see, but upon defeating the Gym Trainers, the gas gradually clears up, revealing the way. He gives the Gas Badge and a TM for Clear Smog.

Crissy is a fashion designer who is fascinated by the way bug Pokemon can form a cocoon and look completely different upon emerging, and aspires to make outfits that "metamorphisise" the wearer into their true self in the same way. Crissy's gym is modelled after a clothes shop, where challengers must navigate a maze of clothing racks and trainers to assemble a completely new outfit before they are allowed to reach the gym leader.

Her signature move is X-Scissor, and she gives out the Thread Badge.

Athens, contrary to most Fighting-type masters, is rather peaceful and is more about teaching dance than fighting. Still, he packs a punch when necessary, and can't stand to have the evil team hanging around his city. For whatever reason, his dance hall and his team have a subtle Journey To The West theming.
Athens gives out the Ring Badge when defeated, as well as TM031 (Brick Break). In all honesty, Brick Break is THE Fighting-type TM. Or maybe I'm just biased because it first became that way in Gen III.
In other news, how about Dark 3?

Horace is a slightly balding, bespectacled older man who runs a museum, which doubles as his gym. He enjoys a good joke as much as he likes a battle. The gym puzzle is to find the gym trainers hiding around the museum and stop them from stealing an artefact (all staged of course). Once you defeat the five trainers attempting to rob the museum, you can battle Horace.

Alolan Persian – Level 23, Fur Coat Ability, Fake Out/Swift/Screech/Thief

Sandile – Level 23, Intimidate Ability, Embargo/Sand Attack/Sand Tomb/Thief

Sableye – Level 24, Keen Eye Ability, Fake Out/Shadow Sneak/Fury Swipes/Thief

After you defeat him, Horace gifts you the TM for Thief and the Artefact Badge!

Okay, next up I would like Normal 4 please!

his gym looks like a route which has 3 sub-parts and all three sub-parts are filled with trainers and 3 itemballs. one of the itemball opens the route forward and the other two have hidden trainers. complete all 3 parts and you can figth john

loppunny: lv 26, female, knows the moves jump kick, quick attack, attract and foresigth. has ability limber.

Okay, I'll give this game a try:

Name: Desdemona

Appearance: She is a precocious 10 year old that's quite short even for her age, with floor-sweeping black hair and a violet colored long sleeved dress. She is barefoot and has a ghastly aura around her

Gym: It is a giant Ouiji board that you have to move the planchette (wooden piece used) around to spell "Battle" or "Challenge" or maybe something like "Spooky" or "Boo". Obviously there are trainers in the way that you have to battle as you try to push the piece around.

Pokemon: Level 26 Spiritomb with Confuse Ray, Shadow Sneak, Hypnosis, and Shadow Ball. Ability is Pressure
Level 27 Sandygast with Mega Drain, Bulldoze, Astonish, and Shadow Ball. Ability is Water Compaction
Level 30 Froslass with Ominous Wind, Icy Wind, Double Team, and Shadow Ball. Ability is Cursed Body

At the end, Desdemona says it was fun to play with you all creepily and the the planchette will move to turn into a portal that sends you back to the entrance of the gym. She gives you the TM for Shadow Ball

I wanna see a psychic 7!

Here you go, then!

Cassandra is a perky teenaged girl who occasionally gets visions of the future. Her Gym is set up like a casino; challengers have to test their clairvoyance by winning enough coins at games similar to roulette, keno, etc. Coins are provided when you begin the challenge or when you lose all your coins, and the Gym Trainers must be defeated to access the games.

Her team consists of:
Espeon, Level 43, Synchronize, Future Sight/Dazzling Gleam/Shadow Ball/Grass Knot
Bruxish, Level 44, Dazzling, Psychic Fangs/Aqua Jet/Crunch/Screech
Reuniclus, Level 44, Magic Guard, Future Sight/Psyshock/Shadow Ball/Endeavor
Gallade, Level 45, Steadfast, Psycho Cut/Low Sweep/Night Slash/Protect

Once you have beaten Cassandra, she gives you the Future Badge and the Future Sight TM. She also leaves you with some words about the future: while it may be predicted, it's never really set in stone, and you have to take charge of making your own future!

Let's see what Steel 1 looks like next.

Allie is an excitable young woman with a lot of energy; she spends a lot of her time lifting weights, and as such, her Gym is also, well, a gym. She regularly works out with her Pokémon and encourages others to visit her Gym to do the same. Despite being very friendly, she takes battling just as seriously as her workouts and is fiercely competitive, even when battling the new and often inexperienced trainers who often come to challenge her.

Her team:
Aron; Level 12; Sturdy; Headbutt, Metal Claw, Mud-Slap, Iron Defense
Mawile; Level 14; Hyper Cutter; Bite, Metal Claw, Iron Defense, Taunt

When defeated she will give you the Alloy Badge and a TM for Iron Defense. She congratulates you on the hard work that got you to this point and encourages you to push yourself even harder as you continue your journey.

Bucky - A semi dirty old man in dusty overalls, Tyler's white beard and large brimmed hat make him look like a classic prospector. But folks would be unwise to underestimate the old man, as his skill and bond with his pokemon is top notch. His gym is based inside of a large mine, with players using rickety mine-carts to move around and venture further inside the cave.

Team:
Hippodown Lvl 35; Sand Stream: Crunch, Dig, Thunder Fang, Yawn
Mudsdale: lvl 37; Stamina: High Horsepower, Double Kick, Iron Defense, Stomp
Wishcash; Lvl 37; Oblivious: Aqua Tail, Magnitude, Amensia, Rest
Gliscor;lvl 40; Sand Veil: Fire Fang, Earthquake, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace

When Defeated, Bucky will give you the Mattock badge, as well as the TM for Earthquake. He congratulates you and remarks that your progress is a testament to the bond you and your Pokemon share.

Ned- a 40-something father of 5 that's rocking one heck of a dad bod underneath his Hawaiian shirt and khaki shorts. He's holding a mug that says "#1 Dad <3) And of course, he's wearing flip flops.

His five children are the Trainers you battle in the Gym. They tell you dad jokes before challenging you.

Team:
Exploud Lvl 56; Soundproof: Stomp, Hyper Voice, Boom Burst, Hyper Beam
Blissey Lvl 57; Natural Cure: Soft-Boiled, Sing, Egg Bomb, Hyper Beam
Ursaring Lvl 56; Guts: Hammer Arm, Slash, Feint Attack, Hyper Beam
Stoutland Lvl 57; Intimidate: Thunder Fang, Take Down, Crunch, Hyper Beam
Snorlax Lvl 59: Thick Fat: Body Slam, Crunch, Brick Break, Hyper Beam

Ned gives you the Essential Badge and tells you that although he's sad to see his kids grow up, he's excited to see them blossom into capable Trainers and advises you to slow down every once in a while and enjoy the present. He gives you the TM for Hyper Beam.

Let's see Fire 5!
